Every season brings new opportunities to care for the environment.
Fall with SOLVE is here—a time to dig in, give back, and care for the places that connect us. As the season changes and the air turns crisp, we turn our attention to restoring and protecting the places we’ve spent the summer exploring.
Whether you're back in school, hitting the trails, or staying close to home, there’s a project waiting for you. From clearing litter along school routes to restoring natural areas with fall plantings, your actions protect the places we all rely on.
Collaboration powers every project, every season.
We're proud to partner with community groups, nonprofits, businesses, and individuals who help make Fall with SOLVE possible—and keep the places we love vibrant, welcoming, and cared for through the changing seasons. Here are just a few of the partners powering our fall efforts.

Through SOLVE’s Adopt-A-River Program, Amie Siedlecki stewards the Hog Creek section of the Rogue River to protect its beauty and majesty, important to both aquatic & riparian wildlife, and recreational opportunities. Volunteers participate in trash removal and invasive weeds efforts, enhancing this part of the recreational section for locals, and out-of-town river enthusiasts. As an annual corporate partner, The Standard supports SOLVE's monthly Detrash Portland cleanups. These monthly cleanups bring together corporate teams and residents from all neighborhoods to create a cleaner, more welcoming environment city-wide. Looking to inspire your team this fall? SOLVE makes organizing meaningful, hands-on volunteer experiences easy through event sponsorships or our Out of Office program. Learn more at solveoregon.org/sponsorship

From invasive species pulls to coastal cleanups, Siuslaw National Forest, with the support of partners, offers various volunteer events throughout the year. These opportunities, including the annual National Public Lands Day Beach Cleanup, offer a chance for the local community to connect with public land through stewardship, celebrate these incredible places, and give back.
