Rachal Royce is SOLVE's Volunteer of the Year for 2023! Rachal showcased exceptional dedication by participating in an impressive 118 events since first volunteering for SOLVEÂ back in 2021, including 35 in the past year alone. Rachal has also led a volunteer opportunity and worked multiple times alongside other event leaders as an event assistant.

Initially from outside Portland, Rachal (pictured on the right in the photo below)Â was drawn to SOLVE events by the opportunity to make a visible impact on the city's cleanliness and pride.
