AAA (Downtown) – Pick It Up, Portland!

Pick It Up, Portland! is a two-day, city-wide event focusing on litter removal throughout our community, presented by Pacific Power. On Friday, June 23rd, choose from 6 different sites located throughout Portland. This event will begin at AAA with volunteers removing litter from the surrounding neighborhood. Help keep our city and environment clean to ensure it can be enjoyed by all!

Advanced Registration: Is highly suggested but not required. Please sign up (green button below) ahead of time to guarantee your spot.

Meeting Location: Volunteers will be meeting outside of the AAA Downtown Service Center.

What to Bring: What to Bring: water bottles, layers for the weather.

What's Provided: SOLVE will provide trash grabbers, trash bags, work gloves, and high-vis vests.

Restrooms: No public restrooms are available

Parking: There are multiple parking garages within a two block radius.

Transit: There are several bus and streetcar lines that drop off nearby.

Accessibility: This area is accessible for folks with mobility concerns.

Translation Services: There will be a Spanish speaker present at this event.

Youth Volunteers: Volunteers 13 and under must be accompanied by an authorized adult.
