Hockinson Music Boosters Community Cleanup - MLK Day of Service *private event*

Join Hockinson HS Music Boosters and SOLVE for a Martin Luther King Jr. Day of Service event!
Let's honor the legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. for a day of service.  This is an opportunity to show our pride and love for our community and participate in cleaning up the area. Solve will provide all the needed tools to pick up trash and beautify the streets of Hockinson, but you provide the leg work and time! This is a great opportunity to gain some volunteer hours if needed.

When:  Event check-in starts at 9:30 AM.  The event will run through 11:30 AM.

Advanced Registration Required: Pre-registration is required! Please sign up (green button below) ahead of time so you can sign our electronic waiver to help avoid crowding during check-in.​  Participants under the age of 13 must be accompanied by an adult.  
 

Meeting Location: Volunteers will meet at the Hockinson Community Center located at 15916 NE 182nd Ave. MAP LINK

What to Bring:  Wear closed-toed shoes and be dressed appropriately for the weather. 

What's Provided: Safety vests, gloves, trash bags and grabbers will be provided but you are also welcome and encouraged to bring your own supplies. Bringing a 5-gallon bucket for trash collection is encouraged if you are able.  This reduces the number of plastic bags in our landfills.

Bathrooms:  There will be no public restrooms available during this event; please plan accordingly.
