Downtown Portland Cleanup - Oregon Historical Society
Join SOLVE for a day of downtown litter cleanups, in partnership with the Portland Business Alliance, Portland Lodging Alliance, Melvin Mark and Downtown Development Group. This is a Halloween cleanup and volunteers are encouraged to wear a costume while they work alongside these great organizations who want to give back to the city we call home.
Portland is a strong, resilient city, but it needs help. By volunteering, you are helping to not only beautify our city streets, but also ensuring our waterways and local wildlife stay healthy too. Keep our river and streets clean, enjoy the sights of Downtown Portland, and know that the work you are engaging in has many benefits for our community, our local businesses and our environment! Please note that this event is a litter cleanup and will not include graffiti removal.
