Please join Katherine Schroeder & the Lents Neighborhood Livability Association Wednesday July 21st from 9:00 AM – 11:00 AM.
Picking up litter beautifies our public spaces and keeps trash out of nearby Johnson Creek! Everyone is welcome and no experience necessary! We will clean up the I-205 Multi-Use Path that enters onto Harold. We will observe social distancing during check in and throughout the cleanup.
Date/Time: Wednesday July 21, 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM
Where: Meet at Wattles Boys & Girls Club at 9330 SE Harold St, Portland, OR 97266. MAP LINK.
Advanced Registration: Pre-registration is required! Please sign up (Green Button Below) ahead of time so we know how many volunteers to expect and to fill out the volunteer waiver form.
What To Bring: Masks are not required but please if you feel comfortable wearing a mask please feel free to wear one. Wear appropriate clothing for working and closed toed walking shoes. Bring rain gear and sunhat (if necessary) Water will be provided.
What's Provided: Instruction, gloves, safety vests, trash bags, litter grabbers and water will be provided. Children welcome and must be accompanied by an attentive adult.
Parking: Free parking is available on the city streets.
