Native Planting

Age Minimum (with Adult): 1+, Minimum Age:14+

Eco Habitat Planting at Clear Creek Middle School!

Help middle school teachers to create an Eco Field Study area for the students of Gresham's Clear Creek Middle School! Students will be able to experience outdoor science education from their front door once we clear the site.  Your help will make this possible.

We will be using hand tools to plant native species like sword fern, snowberry, and big leaf maple near Clear Creek Middle School. We will also mulch a trail to wander through our plantings. Our hard work will keep invasive blackberry brambles out of this ecosystem of native plants, allowing native species to thrive and improving water quality. Let's do what we can together.
