Willamette Park Improve the Riverfront January Event
What to do: Please join us to save mature trees by removing invasive ivy, and improve habitat for plants and creatures, including humans! General removal of ivy, blackberry, and other invasives from surrounding areas. Nice outdoor activity on beautiful riverfront.
What’s Provided: Tools and gloves will be available, but it is helpful if you can bring your own gloves, hand saws, and loppers/pruners.
What to Bring: Please come wearing a face covering, as per current Covid-19 guidelines. We avoid forming large groups. Bring a filled reusable water bottle and snacks in a backpack, if desired.
Where to meet: 1905 Volpp St. West Linn, OR
What to wear: Comfortable closed-toe shoes. Pants and long sleeves are encouraged. Dress appropriately in layers, for the weather conditions.
Parking: Ample free parking is available at the site.
Bathrooms: There is a public restroom on the premises.
