Join the effort to create a dynamic pollinator habitat area at Mary S. Young Park. Plant flowers, shrubs and trees to create an overlapping bloom time poviding food and shelter for pollinators and learn how you can create habitat gardens at home. Manual removal of invasive blackberries and planting work will be performed in a contained area, secondary projects include trail improvement around the garden, adjoining off-leash dog park trail, clean-up of parking strip and cutting back of overgrown vegetation on trails and pathways.    

Lunch will be served from noon - 1 pm for all volunteers.
