Exceed Community Clean Up! Community volunteers are invited to join employees of Exceed Enterprises as they pick up trash around our community. Let's come together to keep our community clean and healthy! All cleanup materials are provided but please come dressed for the weather and bring a filled reusable water bottle.
Join a Team and help clean up Hwy 101 from the McCullough Bridge in North Bend to Bunker Hill in Coos Bay as we get ready to welcome visitors! Teams include the Coos Bay Pirates, the North Bend Bulldogs and the SWOCC Lakers. Event begins at 8:30am at the North Bend Fire Hall where teams will get their assignments and supplies and will conclude at 11:30am at the Coos Bay Fire Hall with a BBQ, prizes and the awarding of the Trash Trophy to the winning team!
Join PP&R and Friends of Woods volunteers to help maintain the trails in Woods Park by doing trail maintenance. Tools, gloves and snacks provided!
Please dress for the weather, wear sturdy, closed toed shoes and bring a water bottle. This is a family-friendly event and all ages are welcome but children must be supervised by an adult.

Grassroots Hillsboro keeps the community engaged and keeps our parks healthy and beautiful. Gather once a month at a different park to help enhance the habitat or to beautify the park. Tee shirts, snacks and water are provided for volunteers. Instruction is provided in both English and Spanish.

Grassroots es un nuevo programa diseñado para unir a la comunidad por medio de proyectos que ayuden a mantener nuestros parques limpios y bellos. Nos reunimos una vez al mes en parques diferentes y los participantes reciben una playera, botanas y agua. Este es un programa bilingüe y para personas de todas las edades.
Volunteers will meet at Feyrer Park for registration, then disperse to the beautiful Molalla River Recreation Corridor and other public river access sites near Molalla. Activities will include trash cleanup along the Molalla River, possibly planting native trees & shrubs, removing invasive weeds, or trailwork on the Molalla River Corridor shared-use non-motorized trail system. There will be a barbecue back at Feyrer Park for all volunteers.
Join the Weed Warrior effort to restore a healthy habitat at Mt. Tabor Park.
The Weed Warrior Stewardship Coordinator and volunteer crew leaders will share their knowledge of the natural habitat, demonstrate how to remove non-native vegetation, and help keep us organized, safe and motivated!
We will make sure that you are comfortable and contribute in ways that match your skills and interests. Wear comfortable clothes that are appropriate for working in natural areas: long pants, long sleeves, brimmed hat to protect from sun/rain, and closed-toe sturdy shoes. Bring a water bottle. We provide you with tools, gloves, and snacks.
