Earth Day Willamette River Cleanup
Join the Oregon Brewshed Alliance to help keep the watershed that provides clean drinking water and great tasting beer to the Eugene-Springfield community clean! Volunteers will be removing weeds and maintaining native plantings along the river, in addition to picking up any trash we find along the way. Volunteers may need to walk or bike a mile each way to the project site, so please let the event leader know if this would be an issue. Be a part of a great Earth Day by taking action for our water and our planet and, later in the afternoon, join us at the Oregon Brewshed Brewfest in downtown Springfield to celebrate! (clean up participants get discounted entry and a raffle ticket at the Brewfest!).
